HERE'S HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PET

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU MAKE A SUBMISSION

You can submit your companion animal by sending us one color photo (see specifications below) and a short story about your pet. Provide us with his or her name, age, their heritage (if you know it), how you and your animal became acquainted, etc. All submissions will be reviewed and one will be posted each month to be featured on the DDAF website. You only need to submit your pet once. If he or she does not appear one month, we may use him or her in a later month.

Rules:

1) One submission per household.

2) By sending your story & photo via email you agree to give the DDAF the right to publish your submitted work on the website with no compensation, and that you own the materials being submitted.

3) Note: Materials will only be accepted via email and materials submitted will not be returned, "published or not."

Email "one color photo in Jpeg, Bmp, Png, or Gif format no more than 1 megabyte in size and "your story" (in the the body of the email message itself, 250 words or less). Please make sure to provide provide us with your name and an email address, in case we have any questions.
